Puff Puff (food)
Puff Puff is a traditional Nigerian recipe similar to a doughnut. It is known as bofrot or togbei in Ghana. Puff Puff dough batter consists of flour, yeast, sugar, butter, salt, water and eggs that is fried until golden brown on both sides. After frying, puff puffs are often rolled in sugar.
